Something wrong with a business listing?

The business names, addresses, opening hours, ratings and photographs on whereto come from Google, not from us. We do not hold that information and cannot edit it — if we changed it here, Google would simply send it back the next time someone searched.

The fix has to be made at the source. If it is your own business, claim and correct it through Google Business Profile. If it is someone else's, use the "Suggest an edit" link on the listing in Google Maps. Corrections made there flow through to whereto automatically.

Search results that look wrong

If whereto is showing you places that are too far away, in the wrong suburb, or plainly irrelevant to what you typed, we do want to hear about it — that is our problem to fix, not Google's. Tell us what you searched for, roughly where you were, and what came back.

Privacy requests and complaints

Requests to access or correct personal information, and complaints about how we have handled it, go to the same address. We will acknowledge a complaint within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. Everything else

Feedback, a business enquiry, a bug, or a suburb we have plainly got wrong — same address. whereto is a small operation, so we do not run a phone line, and there may be a day or two before you hear back.
